Third is ok. First is preferred for me. It is like Fallout in that most is standard combat/magic and every so often when you get a sweet kill it will pan out to third person view for slow-mo kill. FPS used to make me sick too. I found that if you work your way slowly into the game and get used to the controls in a well lit room it really helps sickness. Skyrim is very, very good. Mass Effect 3 is amazing and is third person.
